This is a full working house with a few furniture items. It has a dining set for 2 with animated chairs and 2 flower style chairs with a tree stump side table. The flower chairs have many animations as well as a color change hud. Also a swing swing is included with may animations as well. This is a perfect home for any fantasy character or anyone. Great attention to detail. The base is approx 25 x22.5.
