I have now included in this purchase the empty Witch's Cottage building with the door unlinked PLUS a copy and modify door script so you may alter the door open and close feature as you wish.

This purchase is the Fairy Tale Witch's Cottage EMPTY BUILDING ONLY for those who wish to decorate and furnish it with their own decorations.

If you are looking for a creepy forest cottage hideaway, or Halloween house then this might be it. This mesh, copy and modify item is delivered all linked and ready to rez and go, live-in and furnish. The cottage features dark mossy stone walls which are covered in several hanging vines. The black shingle tile roof which is crooked in places has a rusty witch weather vane with, north south east and west on it, that rotates very slowly in the breeze ;p There is also a story book crooked chimney stack that has a gentle plume of smoke coming from it.

The doors and windows are linked and have touch to open / close feature. The windows are a particular feature with them having rustic old wood texture, window boxes and wooden shutters that open and close. One window even has open and close windows, as demonstrated in the snapshots, so a variety of window permutations to be had!.

The interior is finished with a brown / black toned stone floor and grungey brown plaster walls. There is also a stone fireplace with a good sized opening for a cauldron (not included) and animated fire flames, and logs (not touch on / off) sitting in a black metal fire basket. There are a few hooks about the mantel shelf for hanging things onto.

A wrought iron chandelier hangs from the ceiling with flickering candles (not touch on / off)

The foot print of the cottage measures approx. 14.4m x 10.2m, so easily fits on most size plots.

1. The item will appear as no modify when in your inventory this is because of the door and candle light scripts. The OBJECT is modify!

2. If you make alterations / amendments to the buildings doors and windows by linking your own items to it, this may result in the incorrect or non-functioning of the windows and doors. You have been warned!!

3. As with some mesh items the prim count may increase if you make the item larger.

5. Some of the snapshots have been taken up close to demonstrate detail, not to make the item appear larger!
