The orb rezzes a coin every 18 seconds (by default) which floats to the ground. Each coin has a random secret letter of the alphabet selected for it. Anyone who clicks the coin and has the same first letter of their name is a winner and is paid 1 linden (by default) by the orb owner and the coin poofs. If the letters do not match, the coin apologizes and announces who they are really intended for. The coin then lays on the floor until someone with the correct letter touches it, or it dies after 37 seconds (by default). Under the default settings no more than 3 coins will appear at any given time. The default settings below are all adjustable.
- Payout Amount
- Rez Frequency
- Die Rate
- Drop Radius
- Adjustable Payout
- Modify permission to link with other objects
- Customizable drop zone
- Frequency and Lifespan adjustable as well
interesting
Although it is a product apparently for a long time on the market, without many reviews, and still not be copyable, something I cannot stand ... I am curious and buy things to test ...
I saw the product working in a club ... I looked at the physics and I thought it was horrible! It's not a falling leaf, it's a coin!
I discovered only after I bought that physics was purposeful and was programmed in the script! So my chance to change the coins to others with adequate physics, was overturned. I got stuck with the original script and physics. I do not agree with the justifications that the creator described in the instructions notecard.
There is also no money limiter, that is, you need to donate to an ALT of yours, always with limited money in your account. And if someone touches the coin and collects money and doesn't receive it, you can pretend to be a cheater. It can be a boring situation.
It is not derogatory review!
I am not a competitor and I am not a hater, I already mentioned above, I am curious and a tester on my own, and I paid to test!
I won't particularly use it because I use SL as an RL simulator, so I admire things that are much more realistic, but if you absolutely don't bother with it, I really recommend using it, the idea is excellent.
