However there's a LOT of missed opportunity here. BUT not all is lost!! For the Quantum to get that nice neon look ithas in game, go under the edit window, then the texture tab. Click the full bright box and add roughly an 0.8 to a 0.10 glow to it. I have mine at 0.10 and it's looks perfect!! SO THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT !! I'm a HUGE fallout fan and this was perfect!!
