This is made for Shape avatars, but can be sized larger for Prim or Mesh avatars in Edit mode.
This can also be worn as a bracelet.
Adjustments in Edit mode, using a pose stand, may be needed to make this fit your avatar perfectly.
Attachment point is the right lower leg, but this can be changed.
