House comes in a simple to use rezzer:
-place the rezzer on the ground
-click it
-from the menu that shows up choose Rez
-manipulate the rezzer to place the house at desired position
-when placed properly, click rezzer again, this time from menu choose Finish
-delete unnecessary rezzer
Rezzer itself is no modify but the house should be fully modifyable.
WARNING:
Due to unusual house build some items do not rezz in the interior. It is safer to place them outside the house first and then via edit move them inside.
