Within this pack you will find:
- The prop with poses menu, the item has in the name "Pose (rez)" you have to rezz the item, sit in it and find the menu by clicking on the blue pop-up window.
- You can adjust the pose with the menu

- All individual poses within a stand pose.

You need a Bento enabled viewer.
It works with conventional Avatar and mesh body but for hand pose you need Bento Hands.
