This is a fast run in place.
Knees high and hands out front.
I cannot tell you how many hours I spent in the Barracks at MCRD San Diego doing JUST THIS horrendous thing. Yes, you can do MFers, you can do Burpies, you can do any number of other things.... this, you can do for hours!... a special kind of hell.
I also did this when training to box. Where ever I was, I could run in place.
