I wanted to keep track of how long I've been fasting and couldn't find anything so here we go. Fasting is a great way to help your gastrointestinal system heal and to force your body to scavenge for bad things like cancer and miss-folded proteins. Anyway, I wanted something to glance at to see my progress.
This can be used to track any elapsed time period though. You can use it to show how old something you created is, how long you've gone without something, how long it's been since you've last received something in SL, or anything you can imagine. If you need help modifying for your custom needs, feel free to reach out to me.
You can even wear it and turn it into a HUD so you always know how long into your fast you are.
