Fastronnix Coaxial Rotor Helicopter FT-AX

The Fastronnix Coax Helicopter is loosely based on a proto-type Coaxial Rotor Helicopter from Australia. This design is great for use in commercial or private service. The turbines drive two sets of rotors placed in a Co-Axial configuration for stable flight and does not use a tail rotor like most traditional helicopters. Modern materials like Carbon Fiber, Kevlar and high strength but lightweight steel keep the weight down and help make the helicopter very maneuverable.

Mesh Design in Second Life also helps make this a favorable solution to typical vehicle designs as there is no need for attachments to produce a highly detailed model to use. This will help you have better control over your inventory as it will not clutter your inventory with helicopter parts. It also makes it easier to rez and use in Second Life.

A HUD (Heads Up Display) is included but not needed for flight. This does help with the immersion so that your experience with flight can be tailored to your favorite usage.

Flight Dynamics have been custom scripted to give as real an experience as any in Second Life. The unit can be flown from land or sea and can also land on both media equally well. There is a service ceiling just like the real helicopter and as you approach the service ceiling the helicopter will begin to lose the ability to go higher. This is due to air pressure drops at higher altitudes. FT-AX is designed to be as real as possible and still fun and easy to fly.

Pontoons are included and are simple to use. Turn them on or off from keyboard or HUD commands. Same for Interior and exterior lights. Doors can be opened and there is seating for the pilot and three passengers

Simply click on the seats for passengers to board. The Owner sits by clicking the outside of the Helicopter.

There is a second pilot station for a co-pilot to fly from. Once the owner is seated and the co-pilot is in the left front seat at the co-pilot station, the owner can give or take controls with the keywords "copilot or pilot" from the chat window.

FT-AX

Dashboard Controls;

Optional interior controls are 4 buttons on your dash inside helicopter. Also good for use when not wearing coax HUD.

- DASHBOARD POWER - Turns on/off main LCD displays and main dashboard power.

- EXTERNAL NAV LIGHTS - Turns on/off exterior red/green navigation lights and front exterior headlight.

- INTERNAL CAB LIGHTS - Turns on/off interior overhead cab light.

- FITTED FLOATS - Turns on/off external floats for floating on water, or type in chat "floatson or floatsoff".

Instruction Manual:

- Rez Helicopter
- As the pilot choose 'Fly' by right clicking on the exterior of Helicopter
- Passengers must click on the seat they are going to sit on
- Use HUD or chat commands to start Helicopter
- Can fly from general rear cam or from mouselook
