Resizer is all you get for this and you'll need it if your ears aren't literally the size of your hands.

That aside, every other aspect of the item is unmodifiable so you can't even tint the gems to your taste it's just a silver and white thing on your ear.

Could be a nice piece with some work, some ability to tint the gems and maybe some options for differing silver patina styles might make this worth the asking price, but its just being sold at a price that doesn't match the items overall functional value as a good accessory.
