Specially designed with both stretch and shrink capability, you should have little trouble sizing it to your avatar's size and build without any of the annoying fiddling with individual prims (unless you just like that sort of thing - then by all means, go for it).
As it has quite often been given as a gift, it's been left moddable and Transferrable. If, due to SL's quirks or your own tinkering before rolling over the learning curve with prim objects, you manage to make it utterly unusable, just get in touch with me in world and we'll arrange a trade of a new one for the bits of your old. Due to considerations of copying, all three feathers must be present, in some manner, to receive the swap.
