The Boots have tintable Faces in edit mode and a UV comes with it to made your own texture for the heels if you want.

Looks good for Legacy (Close enough)
Despite not being for Legacy, the Maitreya mesh fits the legs well enough until the Legacy specific one gets made; highly recommended.
