Comes with rezzer so that everything is automatically placed in the right spot wherever you decide to put the building. Rezzer includes a "footprint" for easy placement.

High Ceilings and Extremely spacious for adding extra furniture and decorations.

Built-in doors all linked and ready for use

~30mx30m footprint, easy to place on small parcels and easy front access to the rest of your sim.

The entire build is Copy & Mod so you can edit, resize and re-texture or re-color everything any way you like. Also you can reposition and resize the small built in furniture items, plants etc.
