Where to even begin. The style card is a joke! I don't know why they even added it in the box. The skin they recommended to complete the look is nothing like the photo. The hair doesn't exist. There is no eyebrow shaper. The only thing easily accessible is the outfit.

The customer service is absolute crap! I've messaged it's been way over a week with no response. I really feel like I was robbed of $350L. Why put a bundle like this together if you can't provide what you're advertising?!?! If I could give this 0 stars I would but unfortunately, it's forcing me to put at least one.
