These straps are for the upper arm. The package contains 10 differently textured versions.
They have a simple buckle, decorative chains and spikes. The chains are static - they do not move.
All straps can be copied and are resizeable by a script-driven menu. The script offers an option to delete itself, so it won't cause any lag.
A good attachment to complete a dark, or rough look.
