This laptop is an attachment and will appear in front of your avatar, when you're typing. It will look like you're typing on the keyboard of the laptop, instead of typing in the air. It does not replace the default typing animation, but it still looks better than no typing animation, or just typing in the air.
The item is modifiable, so it is possible to add your own pictures on the laptop's screen, if you don't like the current one.
