* 1K texturing with both Blinn-Phong and PBR textures (PBR textures are best viewed inside a reflection probe with a PBR compatible viewer.

* It has a separate faces for the outside surface and greyscale texturing so you can tint to any color you want and also adjust the metallic amount of the PBR Texture.

* Includes 2 versions - One with fixed drawers (1 Prim) and one with scripted opening drawers.(4 Prim ).

* 2 drawers are filled with files and 2 are empty so you can put things in them if you want and you can even label each drawer: Receipts, Taxes, Bills etc and the pack includes a texture with various labels you can use.
