The 'Find My Way Back' is a HUD designed for explorers. It allows you to trace the way back while exploring a complex area like a maze, a cave, a wildreness or a town with complex road networks. Have you got lost in the labyrinth? This is your way back.

There are two HUD devices, which work similar:
<>FIND MY WAY BACK (SIMPLE)

<>FIND MY WAY BACK (ARROWS)

The only difference between them is that the second one also displays arrows, showing you the way to go.

In addition, because sometimes scripts crash while exploring many sims, I give you two backups.

<> HOW THEY WORK?

- Once active, they memorize the route you go.
- Once playback is activated, they show you the way back.

<> HOW TO OPERATE

INACTIVE MODE.
When inactive, the HUD show status in hovering text, including number of navpoints and memory available.

RECORDING MODE.
Press RECORD button to activate (the red dot, top left).
- The HUD will start recording your position.
- Use the buttons on right to adjust precision.
- Hovering text will tell you number of navpoints in memory and distance from the last navpoint.

PLAYBACK MODE.
Press the PLAY button (arrow, middle left).
- Hovering text will tell you next navpoint, distance in m, angle in degrees (left-right) and height (in degrees).
- If you wear the HUD with arrows, you can see the arrows becoming more or less visible, depending on how far you are and if you are pointing the right angle.
- Use the buttons on right to adjust sensitivity.
- Once you are close enough, the HUD will erase this navopint and guide you to the next.

INACTIVE MODE.
Press the STOP button (bottom left) to stop recording or playback.
- HOLD the button for 3 seconds to erase all navpoints.

PRECISION SETTINGS.
The buttons to right set how accurate the device is:
1. High accuracy:
- Recording mode: navpoints are at least 5 m apart.
- Playback mode: next navpoint is activated once you are 1 m away.
2. Average accuracy:
- Recording mode: navpoints are at least 25 m apart.
- Playback mode: next navpoint is activated once you are 5 m away.
3. Low accuracy:
- Recording mode: navpoints are at least 125 m apart.
- Playback mode: next navpoint is activated once you are 25 m away.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

1. HUD not working.
- Scripts stop working if you enter a 'no script' area.
- Scripts might crash, that's why I gave you a backup HUD.

2. Cannot reach a navpoint.
- Try more carefully.
- Move slower, don't turn around fast.
- Use a lower accuracy level.

3. Cannot find my way back.
- Have you deleted navpoints?
- Have you pressed a wrong button?
- As you move back, navpoints you've reached are deleted.

Have fun!
