alright. first of all, let's acknowledge that this product is quite old, and can't be judged on the standards of more modern skins. that being the case, i am still reluctant to even give this product 2 stars.
if you are going to use these templates to make products for sale, i strongly urge you to reconsider.
this purchase includes "several" skin templates - in actuality, all of the body skins included are the same skin with slightly different coloration.
the PSDs that can be downloaded include several folders, which gives the impression that this skin will be very customizable, but the folders only contain layer adjustments to change the tone of the base skin. the base skin itself is one solid layer of extremely low quality, with an astounding amount of jpg artifacting and mosaic-like distortions throughout. here is an album of images showing the "quality" you can expect in your purchase. https://imgur.com/a/XQAL3LJ
no UVs are included with the PSDs, so if you don't have your own UV map you'll probably be lost.
the face skins are of better quality but not by much. the lashes are painted on to the skins - admittedly, this was common practise when these templates were made, but for a modern purchaser this will be very irritating.
HOWEVER. despite my complaints, I can't in good conscience give this only ONE star. Here are some of the positives.
the product was delivered. the links to the PSDs still work, i was able to download and open the files without issue. the facial PSDs do have layers for blush, facial highlights, freckles, etc, and these could be useable in other projects. and, these are incredibly cheap! with modern skin templates selling for usually thousands of linden, 99L is barely a drop in the metaphorical pond. if you are looking to learn how to make skins and don't want to start from scratch, these are a tolerable starting point, but NOT a good one - and NOT the type of quality you want to emulate in your sales!

I'm not disappointed in any way with this set of templates. Regarding previous reviews here: Of course when you buy a template, the intention is to work on it and make it your own anyway, so what's the big deal here? These are great: near photo-realistic in detail, with *tons* of options. At 999L she's practically giving it away.
