The tower is a three story brick building with a flat roof for training of Emergency service personnel.
The tower comes with three levels,
-First floor is a restaurant/ store set up with a garage.
-Second floor is a single family occupancy set up with a main room and three side rooms with a balcony to the exterior.
- Third floor is a apartment/multi room setup with a common hallway and five separate rooms.
- the Roof is a flat roof with a wooden section for vent cutting and training,
All rooms are empty and you can set them up for how you need them to be with your own props. All windows have shutters that can be opened and closed and are set so you can enter the building through them or exit.
