Full permission kit for builders to be used in your own creations. The pack includes mesh model with textures, baked shade maps and UV-templates.
The cabinet is designed to be low in land impact at the same times as keeping a high LOD.
The land impact of the cabinet is 1. It consists of 2 objects, a door and the cabinet body. The cabinet body consists of 3 materials and the door consists of 2 materials.
The center of the door, which is the pivot point, is offset to the hinge side of the door so it will open smoothly.
