& Pier Is 23 Prim LI. Comes In A Rex Box and Building & Pier Can Be Used Separately.
Total Foot Print Is 44x24 Meters.
Building Itself Is 16x16 Meters
Pier Is 28x 24 Meters.
Build Is Copy & Mod, No Trans.
It Can Be Modified, But it can increase Land Impact. But if you mess it up just rez A New Copy.
