The texture itself looks really great!
Just be aware: you have to use dynamic lights in this case. Otherwise it will occur in dark / blackish to you. I couldn't figure out why it is like this to this texture, but the creator helped me to get a brighter version. Ask him for support if u need some, he is eager to help.
