You can texture the metal, and the individual hearts with the HUD. The pins are also modify, so you can tint them if a different colour is preferred. You can wear them separately or together and you can either edit them into place manually or with the controls on the HUD.
The RLV option is so that other attachments do not remove the pins when worn, you will need to toggle that back off before you detach.
