A raffle system for your club or sim this object collects entrants and then selects a winner at random. The winner must be present on the same parcel to win. This object doesn't give the prize to the winner, it only announces who the winner is.

It does the job but sadly the item is NOT copy, I did try to contact the creator, sadly I have had had no response yet
