Very nicely made
exactly what I was looking for, nice detail.
Nice model but....buyer beware
This is a faithful, apparently to scale or close to it, model of the building. However, it has some issues that buyers should be aware of before purchase, depending on intended use.
Unless you set your LOD to 3 or higher, the building will degenerate a modest distance away from it. In fact, at 2, if you stand at one end of the building, the other end is starting to fall apart.
Also, and this is a matter of opinion, There is waaay too much meshed detail to the upper floors, particularly for a building with no interior. Detail could have been approximated with little loss of fidelity, resulting in lower LI and the ability to import the building with a higher LOD. If you want a faithful copy of the building, even with roof details, and are willing to crank up your LOD setting to enoy it, then this may be the building for you.
A fully rezzed and saved copy of the building is 202 prims, not the 247 stated in the listing. It's made of six stacked pieces which allows for easy reconfiguration.
