Blinds are set with Flexi on so it sways gently in the wind (you may have to adjust for your local weather conditions.)

I isn't effective for parcel privacy but it is good for a small room.
This is AWESOME! I put it up around my entire land border! Its perfect because it is flexi, you can walk though it, and it is part transparent. Perfect Price, GREAT product! THANKS!
Hid an entire ugly hillside with this, one after the other and kept my prim count down.. Easy to place and edit and 1 prim, they also move a bit in the breeze making them look more "real"... Stick a couple low prim trees in front of it, overlay the sections a bit and it looks like a forest... THANKS!!!!
