[Flinders] Skeleton Clip for Teegle Horses

RATTLE THEM BONES!

Texture applier for a Teeglepet Horse tattoo layer to mimic the look of clipping a skeleton pattern into your horse's hair. Does not include a horse skin (the examples shown are my personal horses), but looks best with darker coats. (You can get it looking quite nice on light coats but it will take some modding.)

Includes 2 versions: an "easy" version that applies the texture at a high transparency by default for a no-fuss installation, and a "custom" version that applies the texture at full opacity so you can tint and adjust it to your heart's content. (90% transparency is usually the sweet spot.)

Adding a tattoo layer to a horse increases its LI! (The amount depends on which breed.) This will increase the LI of your horse!
