Greetings and thankyou.
These flintlocks were originally built for a 'Pirate' event at 'Club Rapture' a nightclub that I used to frequent.
At that time there was a sad lack in the market for a decent set of black powder pistols, which hasn't really changed much.
Recently I've done a total overhauled the scripting. They still only fire a basic 'damager' bullet, however they are now 'touch' to draw and reholster.
Each pistol draws independantly of the other, so it's possible just wear the one, leaving room for the cutlass in the other hand.
And just for annoyance, there's a puff of particle smoke after you fire. Not so great in mouse look, but very pretty for your audience.
(If you really can't stand it, just delete the scripts from the invisible prims at the tip of each pistol).

pretty good
there are better looking flint lock pistols out there for sure. but these comes with nice animations
These pistols are pretty sweet looking and the sound is nice and full throated. Sounds like a black powder gun being discharged, a nice throaty blammm!, like at least a 50 caliber ball.
They pack some whup ass too, I have killed with these pistols, on damage enabled ground, and it is strangely satisfying to take down somebody sporting full auto, with only a pair of these old smokepushers in hand.
Wouldn't these be great if they could be scripted with some particle smoke?
A sweet deal at the low SLexchange price.
These are beautiful guns, and look great as either a decoration or for shooting people. My only problem is that the holster and draw commands are a bit tedious, and for that, these guns get a four.
