Floats!
You can park it where you want with-out worrying about the length of the supports or depth of the water. Now mind you it does not "float" but should be fine on any water. But you can add support pylons if you desire to.
Stairs have been installed, the walls and shells replaced with a more dynamic steel texture. The floor with carpet and the outside foundation of wood.
It is a little larger than the last build. Helicopter pad with access to the back. This can be made to use stairs or modded to use and elevator.
You could possibly make some parts convex and then phantom to avoid the object or avatar push but I would do so with caution.
