This is a cool grotto with very realistic sculpts (sand, waterfall, river, rocks, fossil ...).
In my search for a grotto, my biggest deception was the water; Falls, rivers and ponds were not to my liking. They were not realistic enough so I decided to make a difference.
Some walls have high details of carved rocks and fossil.
The multi-layered animated REALISTIC waterfall descends into a small river before reaching a pond.
The water is the best possible SL animated water currently available. It has 4 layers and is very realistic.
Foot print is 56m x 50m, has a land impact of 37. Looks very good on water too.
Very spacious grotto. Excellent prim ratio at excellent price.
Note that you need terraforming right to install this build.
