Was unfair with my review the first time - Here's an honest appraisal
So the first time I wrote this review, I gave it a ONE star and I wrote the following:
"I'm an experienced user and I can say that this item doesn't rez properly anymore... Whether something has changed, I don't know - But the island part will rez out. The surround and the jungle floor doesn't get built properly and remains inside the structure."
Now I don't like leaving bad reviews, I only do so if I have had a significant problem with something I paid good money for. I wrote it after trying for over a couple of hours to figure out how to get the surround out from underneath/inside the structure, which didn't appear to rez out properly.
In fact what was happening was that the instructions on what exactly this object is and how to use it aren't explained properly. And to this day, they still aren't. I've looked at the help note cards and it explains some things, but not the key element that this is in fact TWO places. There is a top of the structure that you see in the main picture. And there is a *separate* internal part of it. You access the internal part via a small tree stump on the top. You right-click, "teleport" and it takes you to an internal "secret" part of the structure.
Then knowing *where* to click and what you can change is important. You have to guess.
In effect, there are *three* places where you can click and change things. For a long time, I didn't know that the "inside" was a place at all. I simply thought it was keeping items it can use and swap out with the outside top part of the structure. It's not immediately obvious what you have bought when you rez it out and I think the creator would do well to explain it better in the instructions to avoid unnecessary confusion!
In general, I think it looks great and once you KNOW what you have, it's well made and cool to use. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for lack of clarity in the instructions. Nobody should have to guess too much!

Very nice
I like the forest cavern textures. Makes a very comfortable area to relax in. It is nice that it is mod as prim count can be decreased substanitally.
