Fits for 1024 m² square land. The island is 32x32 meter footprint with a 26x26 m² beach on top. The waterfall mist is about 40x40 meters.
Many parts of this island are made with sculpted megaprims. An animated waterfall with mist cloud is surrounding the island (if you use low SL graphic viewer settings the waterfall and particle mist animation can look different than the fotos shown here).
The downrock is texture changing at owners click. It has 22 nice rock textures integrated - see example pictures !
