Floor Sign, Mesh
by Camden McAndrews
This floor sign is a single mesh object. Out of the box, it's textured as shown in the Marketplace illustrations.
It's full permissions so that you can add value to it and sell it or give it to others with limited permissions.
The sign has a land impact of 1.8. That's because there are so many polygons in the rounded part.
It has 8 faces, numbered 0 through 7, each of which can have its own texture:
0. Ground Shadow (The ground shadow has no back or sides, just the top.*)
1. Pole
2. Conical base
3. Bottom edge of the sign (I like to shade the bottom edge darker so it's a different texture.)
4. Top and side edges of the sign
5. North (+Y) face of the sign
6. South (-Y) face of the sign
7. Cylindrical base
In my version, I made the two main faces full bright so that they look like they're backlit at night. This also makes them much easier to read.
User License: You may sell the sign as part of a larger build, or by itself if you have added substantial additional value such as doing your own nifty textures. You may not sell the sign as is, and permissions must be either no-copy or no-transfer. You also may not give away or sell any version of the sign that bears the "Camden's" or "CMcA" trademark without prior authorization
Hope you enjoy the sign! Thank so so much for buying my stuff!
Wishing you all the best in this and every life,
Camden McAndrews
*Hmmm... what would the back of a shadow look like anyway? An eclipse? (This just might have to go onto the list of imponderable questions, along with: Why is it that we park in driveways and drive on parkways?)
