While remaining in the water it behaves like wet.

Coming out of the water, after some time (3minutes) it dries.

All this happens automatically, without needing to change the bikini.

You can sail, surf normally, but if you fall in the water it had been wet until dry.

Note: It works with SL water then baths, swimming pools made with prims that simulate water do not produce the effect, only the actual water SL wets the swimsuit
