This decorative clock really works.
To tune it at the local time, you must know the time difference between GMT time and your time zone (i.e. Paris = GMT + 1 in standard time and GMT + 2 in daylight time, Tokyo (JST) = GMT + 9 without daylight time) and click on it to obtain the blue menu where you select the right difference.
Switching between Standard time and Daylight time are made manualy to prevent a gap, because all countries do not made it the same day.
