Inspired by Uffa Fox's classic post-war design and brought to Second Life in collaboration with Barbarossa's Jero Ramo, Lili's Yard is proud to present the Flying Fifteen 'Avante'.
The hull is built by Lili's Yard, with Jero then combining open-source components and his masterful touch on the scripting to create a successor to the Flying Fizz that's capable of sailing and competing either alongside and against that older boat, or as a one-class in its own right.
Using WWC, this sprightly little racer is ideal for any cruise or competitive event using the WWC wind system including racing or Hot Laps time-trials.
If you are accustomed to relatively benign BWind scripted boats then you may find this model rather more more frisky! Like the real-world original, it's difficult - but not impossible - to capsize, but push it too far and it will bite!
With that in mind, a BWind version will be made once we get around to that.
Seven texture variations are included in the pack, with both race and cruise configurations.
