This selection of nine handy menu scripts (plus owner-only versions and variants) should help fulfill a variety of useful tasks.
Main Features:
* Includes the following menu scripts: Choose Item, Rez Object, Play Sound, Change Texture, Change Color, Send Message, Send Item, Animate Avatar, Choose Avatar.
* Automatically detects all avatars in a region or all items in a prim's contents, etc. and adds them to the menu.
* Multiple pages with automatic-pagination - the only limit is memory.
* Alphabetizes entries.
* Works with items or avatars with names of any length (Note: menu buttons will only show about 11 characters).
* All scripts (except the choose item - one per avatar script) include both an anyone version (responds to anyone's touch) and an owner only version.
* By default, menu is activated by touch but may also be activated from other scripts via link message, and the touch_start event in the menu script may be disabled (if desired) so that it ignores any touches.
SCRIPTS:
1. CHOOSE ITEM: Lets the avatar who touches the prim choose an item in the prim's contents which is then given to the avatar (as long as the owner has transfer permission for the item).
2. REZ OBJECT: Lets the avatar who touches the prim choose an object in the prim's contents which is then rezzed (if the owner has rez rights at that location).
3. PLAY SOUND: Select a sound from the prim's contents that is then played once.
4. CHANGE TEXTURE: Select a texture from the prim's contents. The prim or object is re-textured with the selected texture.
5. CHANGE COLOR: Select from one of 20 preset colors. The prim or object is re-colored with the selected color.
6. SEND MESSAGE: Choose any avatar in the same region, then choose a message to send them as a pop-up dialog or private chat message. Messages are read from a notecard that may be edited.
7. SEND ITEM: Choose any avatar in the same region, then choose any item from the prim's contents to send to them. The owner must have transfer permission for the item.
8. ANIMATE AVATAR: Choose any avatar in the same region, then choose any animation from the prim's contents. The avatar will be asked if they want to be animated, and if they accept the animation will play on them.
9. CHOOSE AVATAR: Choose any avatar in the same region. The avatar's name and key are returned via link message. This menu script is not a standalone script but can be used in conjunction with other scripts where you need to select an avatar target in the region.
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR FNORDIAN HANDY MENU PACK
These scripts belong to Fnordian Link and you have purchased a license to use them.
You have also purchased a license to resell them as part of a finished product, but only under certain conditions:
1. The scripts must be set to either NO TRANSFER or NO COPY, along with any items you include them in.
2. The scripts must not be resold except as part of a finished product.
3. The scripts must not be freely shared nor given away free to any other avatar, including alts.
4. The finished product must be resold for at least L$100.
