I was originally selling this item as no mod as is pointed out in the reviews below. It has since been updated to be copy/mod.

Love the bridge, highly detailed and textured, mod so you can change size/color/texture too :) together with this absolutely fair and low price deserves every star it can get, seriously good work.

Not sure if the creator changed the permissions after previous posts, but the bridge arrived to me in mod/copy permissions. It's perfect.
If only
It would be absolutely great IF it was mod, which it is not.
Neat Product (4.5 Stars)
This footbridge is nice, a bit small as in it has a tight walkway. Sadly the product is no modify, you can not make the texture a tad darker or add some color tone so it blends into your sim better. The weight is correct and you can walk over the bridge without any problem. Due to no mod I do need 2 of this bridges to pass the water, that makes then 30 prims, that is a 4.5 star rating, for the look and detail the product deserve 5 stars.
