No modify, so what happens is that would be tenants click "Buy" and all they do is buy the sign, money goes to owner! Cant edit his own landmark inside it or change script. DO NOT USE

Due to SL probs, I didnt receive the sign when purchased. So Im'd the maker who came back to me so quickly and resent me one. Fabulous customer service and a very well made product.
