Forever Worn Prim Cheater
Increase Prims when limited amount available on a parcel.
Uses a temp object when no avatar is near. Creates a permanent object when avatars are present making the object usable.
Ability to rez single or multiple objects.

NOTE:
Must have available prims for the perm object to rez. This Prim Cheater relies on the fact not all temp objects are rezzing into perm objects using up all the free prims. (Example: 100 prims available, 2 rezzers running with 100 prim objects inside. Only 1 can be perm and the other stays temp)
