On the ground floor, the hall gives access to a greenhouse at the left hand side and to a very huge lounge on the right hand side.
The access to a big attached veranda can be done either by a door from the lounge or directly from the garden.
At the second floor are found an office/library that has a private terrace and a bedroom with a bathroom en suite.
At the third floor are found two rooms in the attic.
At the two floors a free spaces can be used for social activities like having a billard pool or a table to play cards.
The foot print of the house is 45.75 x 23.7 m
