The Fortune Telling Tip Jar provides the following benefits:
* Gives a random fortune to those providing tips. People may be more likely to tip so they can see their fortune.
* Tippers may choose the default values of 50, 100, 250, or 500 Linden Dollars. They may also enter their own tip value. These choices encourage larger tips over the default values of 1 to 20 Linden Dollars that some tip jars use.
* The user may replace the texture on the tip jar. Simply drag a new texture to the side of the object. The tip jar rotates slowly so that the entire surface can be seen.
