Forum Cartel HUD Versión 1.1

Any time someone wearing the HUD teleports to the Forum Cartel Hangout, other people wearing the HUD will know that someone is there.

If you do not wear the HUD, no one will know you are there (at least as far as this HUD is concerned).

The HUD does not transmit any data about the wearer. The only data transmitted is the in-world URL of the HUD itself, which is uniquely generated on arrival and discarded on departure.
