This is a gabled cape cod design with an open first floor and a second floor loft. The front features a covered porch and balcony. Access to the balcony is through a french door in the loft.
There is a brick fireplace and chimney on the back wall and the interior finishes use a custom beadboard with a textured vaulted ceiling. Since the house has modify permissions you can retexture it to your own taste.
House footprint 324 Sq Meters (20x17) plus a 70 Sq Meter(5x14) front porch.

Number of Prims including steps is 132.
Mod/Copy/No Transfer
Doors use NDE scripting and can be locked, set to private or group, or set to request payment. The windows also use NDE and can be open, closed, or shaded (you can see out but no one can see in.)
For ease in placement this house is packaged with Rez-Faux.
The owner has modify permissions so that you may customize the textures, add partitions, or extend the basic structure to fit your parcel. It also has copy permissions so that you can rez another copy and start over if a modification is not to your liking.
One version of the house is currently in the Sailors Cove area. These are a group of themed sims that strive to emulate the ambiance of a New England coastal sailing community.
