Not entirely seamless
While the gaps in the brick do appear to be seamless... the shading is not and creates solid visible lines were the edges of the texture are

Talk about getting a lot for your money!
These four textures have gotten a lot of mileage in my sim, and for a really great price for all four. They stretch and tint well, making them incredibly versatile.
