The Foxboro Two Story Home is a charming, large sized house built to a realistic scale but big on character and attention to details. It would look equally well placed in a landscaped country style meadow or in a coastal setting.

Permissions: copy/mod/no trans - scripts are copy only.
The home comes in a handy Rez package, so you can rez it and all the unlinked parts (i.e the doors) in one go and move and rotate the Rez package as desired to position the home. The accessories can be deleted after rezzing if you don't require them.
Accessories included are:

* Intella-Screen® The Intella-Screen® sets the screens texture to the land based media texture works on group and non group land. In order to use on group owned land this screen will need to be set to the group that owns the land.
Double hung windows work on a script that auto sets its position these windows will need to be reset on final placement, Failure to do this can and will cause your windows to fly off, there is a reset script built into the window however this does not always work do to sl limitations.
Many custom building components used. Wallpaper colors are fairly neutral. This home is modifiable make our house your house.

1. Please be aware when placing the house against grass, trees, and plants.

This product is “bought as seen", meaning that we're happy to offer support to broken or non-working scripting, but issues with textures or prims misaligned will not be corrected, we're only human after all and we've completed this house to the best of our abilities. It's offered as modifiable. It's sold as unfurnished.
3. The hose comes packed in a rezzer which is the homes floor plan Note: Renderings are for illustrative purposes only and may vary per series standard specifications. Just set out the plan put into place and hit rez.
If your home comes with a control panel DO NOT link the control panel to the rest of the house, unless you want your house rotating in a strange fashion or the whole house dimming. The windows and doors are linked separately from the rest of the house and need to stay this way.
4. The house does not come with interior lockable doors (just opening - touch to open or close a door) - for the reason that we consider it extra unnecessary scripting which doesn't protect your privacy from other avatars peering in or clicking on furniture and gaining access that way. . However, we respect that it's your choice and for that reason, the house is modifiable if you wish to add the scripting yourself
