This is a reproduction of an actual real-life vintage advertisement. I saw this in an ice-cream shop and had to laugh. It reads, "They're happy because they eat lard!" and on the bottom, "Issued by the Lard Information Council". This humorous ad is a texture on one face of a one-prim frame. You can replace the image with one of your own if you like, or you can use this frame as an example of how to make your own 1-prim frame.
