** Update 1.2 **
The FranSensor is a powerful and cost-effective tool for detecting and reporting avatars who enter an area, and provides security features on land that you own or on group-owned land where you can deed to the group.

The FranSensor will detect avatars found within a specified number of meters. It will check for avatars at specified intervals, and will keep track of the avatar keys for a period of time that you specify, so it will not continue to "spam" you with names of those who remain in the area or who return frequently.

If the sensor belongs to the owner of the land that it is on (whether an individual or a group), then it can also function as a security device. You maintain lists of who you want (or don't want) to come around. It then takes care of warning any offenders who come near, and after a time that you specify, it will eject them from the land, or send them to their home location.

The sensor maintains a list of visitors, which you can review to see who has come by. It will keep as many or as few names in the list as you tell it to, and it also has a "spam" feature to keep from repeating avatar names too often (again, you can determine how often this should be).

There are numerous other features, such as allowing group access in addition to those included in the allow and ban lists. There is a "warn only" feature that you can use to send avatars a message when they come within range, without actually ejecting them. You can even customize the warning and eject messages to whatever you want them to be.

There are other security devices on the market, but I doubt that you will find many with this many features that are priced this low.
